Your Professional Running Coach

My approach to training is very unique to each individual.  While many training plans are great and will make you faster, they often do not consider the athletes abilities and weaknesses.  My intention is to allow your body to adapt to training in a progressive manner in order to prevent injury.   My background is very science-based so I heavily utilize research and trends regarding human and sports physiology, biomechanics, injury prevention and to a small percent nutrition to build the athlete plans.  But more important than that is to check in with the athlete often to see how their body is responding, and make adaptations as needed.

* Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University

* Advanced certifications and Fellowship training in Orthopedic Medicine

* Sports Certification through Evidence in Motion

* Certified Running Coach certifications through UESCA and Jack Daniels VDOT

* Completion of multiple 100 mile races.  Pumpkin Holler 2014 1st female, 2nd overall; Rocky Raccoon 2016 2nd female; Pinhoti 2016, 8th female; Bryce Canyon 2017 , 4th female, Wasatch 2019, Leadville 100 2022

* Multiple 100ks including Bandera 100k 2 times, both top 10 female

* Multiple 50 milers Grasslands 50 mile 2014, 2nd female; Possum's Revenge 50, 2nd female  and Hachie 50 2017, 1st female, 2nd OA and female course record

* Boston 3 times with Marathon PR of 3:15

MY ATHLETES

I coach many different types of races, including high school cross country, half marathon, marathon and ultramarathons.  I enjoy working with all fitness levels that will commit to the plan.  A few of my athletes have really had to overcome some tough obstacles.

PERSONAL ONLINE COACHING

$90/month

Run With Endurance Coaching offers personalized training.  As your coach I will send out workouts on a weekly basis through an app that you will download onto your phone.  Through the app you are able to sync your GPS watch so that I can see your workouts.  You can leave me comments through the app or you may communicate with me through text or messenger.  Attached to your workouts are personalized paces specifically for you.

BIOMECHANICAL RUNNING ANALYSIS

$300 which includes 2 sessions:

1st session--Analysis

2nd session--Corrective strategies based off findings from Analysis

A thorough assessment of strength, range of motion and biomechanical analysis with the help of slow motion video feedback is performed.

RUN WITH ENDURANCE GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES

12 week blocks offered.
Traditional class $175 for 12 week block.

 

These classes are specifically designed for runners. The  classes use equipment and body weight for drills and strengthening exercises.

INDIVIDUALIZED STRENGTH WORKOUTS OFFERED VIRTUALLY

$30/month

Individual strength training is offered to those that need specific attention for various goals. Exercises are posted through VDOT platform twice per week. This is especially ideal after doing a biomechanical analysis and/or when overcoming injury or to avoid injury.

817 Running:  GROUP RUNNING FOR SPEED, HALF MARATHON, MARATHON AND TRAIL RACES

20-22 week long training sessions
